Title: Preventing lower ranked users from using commands on higher ranks?

All is well with ULX, however, first rank players (Newbie) can use things like "!ragdoll [admin]" and it works! How do I prevent this?

Using SVN or release?
Both are totally different from each other.
If using release, grant the people you don't want any players except for those higher inherited perfoming commands on with immunity using adduser.
If using SVN, there's a whole topic dedicated to "Immunity, how it works now" in the SVN forum.
