Title: Location change for the MOTD

Could you possibly have the location of the MOTD be in the data/ulx folder along with the cfg?  It would make updating a lot easier.

Updating ULX with SVN, otherwise the motd.txt gets overwritten.  So I have to download or copy the motd, then upload it back onto the server.

Why not just stick it in the root directory so it doesn't get overwritten?

I don't know, more I think about it the less I like my idea.
