Title: MOTD from CSS

I don't know why, but i have ulx motd from css.
i checked "orangebox/garrysmod/addons/ulx/ulx_motd.txt"
and there wasn't a motd from Counter-strike source.
Where can be the css motd?
How can i delete it?
P.S.: Other players on the server see CSS Motd too.
also i have FastDL

Add 'motdfile ulx_motd.txt' to your config.
