Can someone give me the code to spawn this using "ulx ent"

It can't heal you past your max hp though, and I don't know if there's a way to recharge it... the wiki doesn't say anything promising.

If they work in GMod like they do in HL2:DM, they automatically go back to full HP after a chunk of time.
