I didn't find anything similiar to this, so I decided to ask it here.
I need something for my server that I can set prop limits and such to be different for each team.
For example, superadmins or admins wouldn't have a prop limit at all, but guests would have prop limit of 150.
Also, I'd need some command to disable stools and props from just one team, not from every team.
I'd also want something that users can use to leave messages for the administrators, for like admin abuse or if they want to see something new in the server.

Have a look in the releases section, most of what you have described can be obatined there, via one addon or another.

Try search terms while in the forum releases section
"limit" or "restrict" or "report".
Advanced search option "Search only topic title" (or something like that) would get you there even quicker
