I'm sorta new to useing ULX, I'm just wondering, but do you guys have al ist of commands anywhere that I could read through??

try typing ulx help into your console. This will populate a list of commands that you have access to. This works for any player connected.

Though the list is somewhat out of date, that question is answered there. :D
Might find others you didn't know too, or find helpful.

If you're using the latest SVN of ULX/ULib, you can use XGUI to easily see all of the commands you have access to! :D
