Title: Player team is always 1001 now

Added today's GM updates and updated ULX/ULib/XGUI. 

Logged in, "ulx who" shows all the right groups, and I've got the right hp/armor/etc., but the Team() method is returning 1001 for everyone, always.  Creates a lot of "Unassigned" team entries in the sui_scoreboard, so I dropped back to the default one.  Used an E2 to check everyone else's team ID and they were all 1001 as well.

Anyone else seeing this, and any suggestions for fixes or debugging tactics?

Teams are separate from groups. If you'd like to setup teams, use UTeam (release, or now embedded in ULX SVN).
