Well I read the FAQ before posting this but it didnt help.. here is my user.txt, the non ulx one.

I triple checked the steam ID.. and when i join the server it even says. "Hello Zero, you are in superadmins group" or something like that.
And I tried to do the "ulx debuginfo" but it still says you have no access..
I even tried something retarded and random like "ulx asgafhasdfh" and it said you have no access.. like wtf?
And I have the SVN version...
And plus in the faq it said if i made the user.txt.. which I did as you can see up there.. it would make a file data/Ulib/user.txt and group.txt .
But it DIDNT!!

That's strange... Have you tried executing "ulx adduser zero superadmin" from the server console?

yes says same thing... it works when i open in single player.. but not on my RP server...

Are you sure you're executing it from the server console? If it comes back saying "you don't have access to this command, <your name>" then you're not executing it from the server console (the server console doesn't have a name).

This is also true of trying "ulx debuginfo". We bold it in the FAQ just for that reason.
Server console is accessed using rcon or your hosts control panel.

Do a debuginfo from server, it will create a file and tell you where it's created on the server.
Attach that file using the additional options on your next post.
I'm headed off to date night with the wife, so will be a few hours before I return.

Remove the garrysmod/data/ulib directory and restart your server.

I guess it made me super admin.. But when I type ulx help.. isnt it supposed to give me a huge list of commands? or does it only type the commands i can do? because i dont get any commands...

When you delete the garrysmod/data/ulib folder, ULib will regenerate the needed files by copying them from the addons/ulib/data/ulib/ folder. If you did that and superadmin still has no access to anything, then it is likely that these files were modified or you got your version of ulx/ulib modified from elsewhere.
Please try reinstalling ULX/ULib RELEASE version from here:
http://ulyssesmod.net/?UL=download
Or get the latest SVNs version if you prefer:
http://forums.ulyssesmod.net/index.php/topic,3092.0.html
And if you don't have any important information saved within ULX/ULib (bans, admin's SteamIDs, etc.), then I'd recommend removing ulx/ulib from the addons AND from the data folder before reinstalling.

well it didnt do anything usefull..
I re installed.. but still... It works perfectly in single player..
I dont know why!!

When deleting the things/re-installing the things we recommend in our posts, make SURE you're doing it to the server folders, not your local client/game folders.
Make sure your copying both /addons/ulx and /addons/ulib to the server.
Since the 'release' version is old, I recommend you use the SVN versions (require both svn ulx/ulib).
Make sure you have you server set to allow download of the lua cache folder.
And, after all that, please, for ny sanity sake and yours, attach a ulx debuginfo created file from your server console/server file.

How do I do this?
sv_allowdownloads in 1 .. or something like that..
but sv_allowuploads is 0 ...
how do i make it that they can download the cache folder?

That config option should work for the server.
If you're hosting on a local computer, make sure your router is configured to allow transfers too.
Google how.

lol... im testing on lan first.. i didnt yet forward the ports.. i know about that.. but when i connect it doesnt download any cache files.. or anything.. just .lua

Sounds like it's getting needed files then.
If you still can't get it to work, please provide any errors occuring in SERVER console at startup and when you run commands (copy/paste the text, not a screenshot)
And again, please provide the debuginfo file created on the server when running the command from the server.
The forum allows attaching the files under "Additional options" underneath your text post.

Looks like you've got some misformatting in the groups.txt file... but I don't understand the error because we're not using garry's parser (which is where that error is coming from).

Didn't our old release version use standard Gary parser?
Looks like old release or mismatched versions of ULib and ULX. Or, manually edited groups file badly done (or bad import from settings/users.txt due to bad edit)
And, for the third time (at least that I've asked), attach a debuginfo run from server console while you're connected.
"Condump" from server console after having just started up will dump your console to a file also.
There's a way to copy from console, you just have to know how. Condump should work for now.
Somewhere there is a FAQ or discussion about it.

This server is running ULib version 2.03.
Ancient version of ULib.
If you're using release downloaded from our www.ulyssesmod.net download page,
ULib = 2.30
ULX = 3.4
If you use SVN, and I recommend SVN, those numbers, I believe, are higher.

I have svn installed... i never installed 2.03 .. it says that.. but i never.. I even uploaded info file on one of my posts to prove it... i dont know why it says 2.03 .. but i have 2.50 ..
edit: i mean 3.50 and ulib 2.40

I currently don't have Steam/Gmod or dedicated server srcds installed, can someone else confirm the SVN of ULib doesn't erroneously state "this server is running ULib 2.03" when you connect to a ULib SVN server.

TheZero, as I've believed, and from what I've read, Megiddo has too since some of the beginnings of this thread, your server has old version.
The error you're getting was known in old versions, which is why we've asked you to totally wipe ULib and ULX from your server addons folder and try again.
Perhaps you've installed newer, but someway, your server has mixed files that are old.
Other than makeing sure you wipe old addons/ulx and addons/ulib and then re-install newer code, I know of no other way to help you.
Wipe your local game client addons/ulx and /addons/ulib just to be sure too.
