I have always wanted this i have downloaded some off of garrysmod.org but they never seem to work ... so i was wondering would anyone give me a link or even make me one that would be nice thx

I'm sorry, you must have UlX/ULib confused with some RP gamemode. This website is for ULX and ULib and its addons. None of which have any kind of in game money that I know of.
