:o i'm having this same problem but im using lastest ulx and ulib.

Sweetone, please tell us where you got the 'latest', how you went about doing it.
We've seen several people refer to our 'release' download area at www.ulyssesmod.net/?=download and garrysmod.org as 'latest'.
Though our download page has the latest 'release' code, our actual latest code is our SVN. (Don't even get me started on garrysmod.org)
To add to that confusion, there were reports at one time that XenonServers SVN autoupdate thingy wasn't using our latest. (But, I spoke with a teach member there and hope to have that fixed)

Using svn ulib and ulx from this site! rev 146 of ulib and rev 176 of ulx but seems XGUI svn does not work... :S so having only the release from this page.

Ok. Thanks, just wanted to make sure.
Aaron is stating the same error, XGUIinit hook failure in the actual release thread of XGUI.
Keep an eye out there. Perhaps Stick will be able to stop by during his winter break and hunt down the issue.

EDIT - OH. Wait. Your's is an actual ULib error (that would also affect most other mods which watch for UCL authorization.
Not sure. Made sure to update your servers cache, simple stuff etc?
Maybe Megiddo can spot it (but, he's busy during his winter break too)

Are you getting this error on the server or the client?

Fixed now. Cleaned server's cache and deleted assmod from my garry's mod folder. NOT from server addons!
