Title: ulx !menu and admin menu are not working

But !motd is. How do i fix this?! im using Art of war btw. I am admin to.

You have to get XGUI (http://forums.ulyssesmod.net/index.php/topic,4080.0.html).  The default menu was removed because of XGUI.  I assume it will eventually get put in with the SVN of ULX?

Upload it with an FTP client like FileZilla (http://filezilla-project.org/)?

It will be included with release. Not sure about combining it in SVN...
