I need help with two chat commands. I sort of know Lua, but I don't know anything related to a GUI or Ulib, which is essentially what this is.
The first one I need is !forum, which opens up our forum in a web browser (similarly to the MOTD.)
The second one is !res (or !respect, I don't remember if !res is used by ULX) and it puts the target into the respected group. I need this because I want to give moderators the power to put people into the respected group without giving them full usergroup modification access.
If anyone could guide me through the process, or just flat out make it for me, that would be great.

Have you tried looking at existing commands in ULX and working around those? I'd definitely recommend that as the first step.
