Title: Can't close MOTD

Whenever I play, no matter single player or multiplayer, I can't close the MOTD.
Yes, I've tried clicking "close" and the X, pressing space bar and enter, and disabling the MOTD.
But even then it still shows up and I can't close it. Any ideas? Thanks for the help.

Edit: Oh, also it shows the MOTD from CS:S instead of the normal one.

Is this on your server or someone else's? Do you have any client mods running?

Nevermind, the problem seems to have fixed itself after I completely reinstalled Gmod. Thanks anyways.
But the MOTD still shows up as the CS:S one. And no, I don't have any client mods this time.

You need to edit the motd and put it in your server's garrysmod root.
