Title: MOTD Fail?

Hello interwebs, pretty much here to ask how to disable the MOTD because deleting the TXT File didn't work out as planned, anyone know?:D

"ulx_showmotd 0" in your server's console or edit your config.txt file located in "<gmodroot>/data/ulx/config.txt"

Note:  Changing the option in config.txt will require a server restart.
