Okay so I have recently created a DarkRP server and its been going alright. I am currently using ULX but I would like to know a few things that I couldn't find by my own hands...
1. How to ban certain tools to certain groups. i.e. (group USER cannot use the IGNITER tool)
2. How to place different levels of admins. i.e. (a SUPER ADMIN cannot pick up a SERVER OWNER. An ADMIN cannot pick up a SUPER ADMIN.) ((by pick up i mean Grav Gun))
3. How do I set PROP LIMITS for certain groups? i.e. (User has 30 props. Donator has 40 props, Operator has 45 props.)

1 & 3: URestrict did do all of this, but has broken and is no longer under development. I, though, plan on taking up a project similar to this.
2: You have to set who the group can target. "ulx setgroupcantarget superadmin "^,!%superadmin"" (I believe) This will set it so that SuperAdmins cannot target anyone who is above/equal to their rank in the inherit line/tree/w.e. the word may be.

URestrict's prop limiter was actually based on it.
I'm not sure it's broken or not, and if it is, shouldn't be too difficult to correct if I'm notified in that thread.
I've not updated it in a long time 1) Most were using URestrict 2) It's pretty simple, shouldn't have to.
