Title: Group targetting question

How do you make it so players can only use certain commands on certain groups? Example being I want my advanced group to be able to use "ulx ragdoll" and "ulx unragdoll" on themselves but no one else. But can use "ulx kick" on Users.

Advanced is higher than the User group.

Is this release ULX or SVN ULX?
