Title: ulx votemap-- "invalid string" for admins

Hey it's me again with another error. I've had it for a while now but it's not a huge deal and I guess I should report it.
Admins and higher can't use !votemap or ulx votemap or anything. It says "invalid string" in the chat. They also can't vote on a map someone else has nominated. Votemap2 works fine though. Is this a bug or just on my side?

Could you paste your users.txt?  I had a similar problem once, but resolved it fairly easy.  It may just be a simple mistake you made with permissions.
