Title: Warn system?

Hey guys im actually wondering if there was a some kind of warn system for ULX, like "!warn [name]" then it says for that person You have been warned! Behave. then after 3 warns you get kicked, At second warn it says, Next warn is a kick. Something like that, im wondering if there is something like this for ULX, maybe a addon?
