Title: CSS MOTD

I disabled the ULX MOTD, but another MOTD keeps coming up reguardless. It is the default Counter-Strike MOTD that says something along the lines of "Welcome to Counter-Strike!" and all that.

Also, every time I start a game I get this message in the chat box that says "You are executing too many commands at once! Please try again in a few minutes." or something like that.

Anyone how to fix these problems?

I am too having this problem.  I mentioned the command part to Stickly a while back and he couldn't get it himself.

I can disable the MOTD, but upon restarting gmod, even with it still disabled (according to XGUI), it pops up.

There's a problem with listen servers where the config is loaded after the host joins, but none of your other players should be seeing the motd.
