So i got ULX mod and everything,i used the installer download no manual so i try to make myself admin through console and it doesnt work.Is there a way to do it with the users.txt?I had to create one because i didnt have one!

ULX automatically sets you as Host Admin and cannot be affected by Super Admins or Regular Admins.

To set a player as Admin or Super Admin type: "ulx adduser [player's ingame name] superadmin/admin"

Blue, thats incorrect unless you're running server from a game client (non-dedicated server)
You're automatically  superadmin if running server from game.

Frank, define "doesn't work". What are you trying to do that doesn't work?
What errors? Using ULX 3.51 I presume?

[Edit] - Additionally to answer your question about file..no, we don't recommend manual file editing of ULib's users.txt
However, ULX imports from the normal Gmod file that it uses in gmod/settings/users.txt
See our FAQ for links of how to add yourself as admin. It points to the Gmod wiki for the settings/users.txt

If you have access to your dedicated server console, then you can use the "ulx adduser [player's ingame name] superadmin/admin" command, otherwise you can add yourself to garrys' users.txt file as JamminR mentioned.
