As stated on the last page of the URestrict thread (http://forums.ulyssesmod.net/index.php/topic,3680.720.html) in the second to last post (http://forums.ulyssesmod.net/index.php/topic,3680.msg23486.html#msg23486), that is locked (http://forums.ulyssesmod.net/Themes/babylon/images/topic/veryhot_post_locked.gif) for a reason, and title of the thread renamed to include 'Depreciated - Author no longer supports' (http://forums.ulyssesmod.net/index.php/topic,3680.0.html), the mod no longer works for many months now.

You may wish to see URS BETA (http://forums.ulyssesmod.net/index.php/topic,5269.0.html), as also recommended on that second to last post, as a replacement for the no longer supported URestrict.

Fellow team members, can we strike from release OP at facepunch and anywhere else the mention of URestrict.
This is the third time in as many weeks that I've had to state the obvious..it doesn't work, and since Jay quit, probably never will as is.

Many thanks to Aaron113 for taking up a similar release.

URestrict isn't mentioned in the ULX post at FP. I suspect we're getting our hits from other forums or Google.

I didn't quit :( I just don't have a machine capable of running Garrysmod at the moment.

Yeah, poor Jay. I wish he wouldn't have quit. Good guy there. He'll be missed.

Alas, poor Jay. I will miss him.
He seemed like a really cool person.
I hope the procession at his visitation service was long, and full of happy memories.

It's okay, last I heard from him (a few months back), he was happily living out his dreams as a web developer without us. :'(

Somehow I'm sure we will find the strength to move on without him.. he will surely be missed.
