Title: ULX wont restrict picking up players with Physgun

Hi, today my community just added ULX 3.51 to our server and since then we haven't been able to restrict admins from picking up super admins any help? It works on my Private Sandbox server but not on our community Gmod Server. Oh and we are running Dark RP

For admins (Can target) use *,!%superadmin(might not work idk)
This make it to were they can target everyone but superadmin
also if you dont want them to pick up anyone just edit permissions and goto "other" tab and uncheck ulx physgunplayer
