Title: Dupe and E2 blocker

(I'm not sure if this is even possible) There are a lot of e2s and dupes on garrysmod.org that are made for minging or are just plane lagy and i don't want them on my server

Could someone make a script that blocks them? Possibly blocks them by there name (This could easily be bypassed by changing the name but some people wont figure that out)

I was actually going to try to work something out for the advance duplicator for URS.  I'm not even sure how to go about it yet.  I'll see what I can do soon.

As for the E2's... there was a script on gmod.org that could block certain E2 names. The only other thing I could think of is searching for a specific string inside the E2's code.  Like credits or something in that area.  I'm not committing to anything, but if I have time I'll look and see what I can do.

There is some thing in the DarkRP files that blocks E2 completely but other then that I don't really know.
