Title: gmod crashes when i join game!!!

Hey.
 i wanted to join "best serious RP" server but when i get in it runs normal for like 3-5 seconds and then a window pops up (from gmod) that says nothing but at the top ULX MOTD. And then crashes the game.
So i guess it has something to do with this.
can you guys help me?

Contact the server owner about this. It's unlikely, but possible that there's something in the MOTD that could be crashing you.

Otherwise, are you on a Mac? There's been some reports of some models crashing a Mac.

nope i dont have a mac, and i dont think he would edit it just for one player..

I have been having this issue also. One of Garry's "updates". It seems to only happen on certain maps during the last parts of loading. You can temp fix it by loading a single-player game and then disconnecting.
