Title: Building/Toolgun rights

This is one of my ideas that I have always wanted for my RP server.

Having building rights/toolgun rights so you could have toolgun/spawning disabled on the server and only give it to certain trusted people.

Also have a setting where you could place a spawn box and spawning would only be enabled if you were inside that.

Pro, you should be happy to know that Megiddo plans to incorporate the ability to disable (or enable) certain tool guns and spawn ability on a per-user basis in a not so far off version of ULX.
Though this may not be the exact same idea you had, its pretty close.

I think the spawn box idea is intriguing... but I don't see it being included in ULX. Certainly would make watching for spam and such easier if people have to spawn within a restricted area.
