Title: Freeze players with the phys-gun.

I thought it would be kinda cool if people where able to freeze players that they have picked up just by right clicking.

I would make this my self if some one told me what function ULX uses to see if a person is allowed to pick another up, but in theory I should be able to use the following hook.

You ought to be fine just using that hook. :)

I have been off for some time because I had some other things to do, but as soon as I find time, I will finish this.
