Title: Ban history?

Maybe add some kinda sort of place, so when admins ban the player, they know how many times they been banned for and reasons. Maybe do it like this;

Console:
ulx playerlookup "name or steamid" or !lookup "name or steamid"

Should bring up a box that says
Name:
SteamID:
Last Banned:
History: (Ban History)

I already suggested something similar to that, but the look-up feature suggestion is something new in this one.
