Title: [SM] You don't have access.

Hello and the title says it all everytime myself or a server admin enters a command.
The command will go execute successfully however we get a message that says

Code: [Select]

[SM] You do not have access to this command
Attached is a pictured

Any possible solutions? Only recently has this been starting to happen!

Some mod, or code you've edited, is conflicting with ULX. Especially if it's occuring in chat commands.
Some idiot mod is probably grabbing on chat hook and returning true.

Some mod that goes by the abbreviation 'SM', probably. ULX returns "You do not have access to this command, <insert name here>." if you don't have access.

It's SourceMod. You probably added that, and they are both conflicting.

Yes, source mod is installed. I don't really use it so I'll delete it. Thank you David!
