Title: Problem with installing (please help)

Hey there I'm starting up my own gaming community and I wish to install ulx + ulib + Gui (Gui is the !menu). However I can't figure out how to do it. I've extracted the files to addons multiple times, yet it doesn't work. So can someone give me step by step instructions + links on how to accomplish this.

Try using the installer, some users find it easier that way. Make sure that you're completely shutting down the server and bringing it back up after installing it.

Did you read the ulx_readme and ulib_readme.txt in your server /addons/(ulib or ulx)/ folder?
Where did you download ULib and ULX from?
Do ULib (and ULX after) show loading in the SERVER console at SERVER start up?
What errors if any do you get if you type !menu (server or game)
Do you get a different error in console if you use "ulx menu" in console rather than !menu in chat?
What errors appear on SERVER while ULib tries to load?
What errors appear on SERVER while ULX tries to load?
If you get errors about access denied, does Gmod recognize you as an admin?

When I said that I neeed help with the Gui menu, I ment can someone give me a link to it. Once installed do I place the ulx + ulib files into it?

XGui is now part of ULX. If you have latest versions from our website, ULib properly installed, and ULX properly installed, and every thing is running properly, you have XGUI.
