Title: How get I admin? Everything failed!

Hello,
I am new here and have a problem with my server.
I have make me a dedicated server and I have downloaded ULX and ULib....but everything I try to get admin failed.
Can someone help me?

(PS: Sorry if my English is wrong or bad....)

ulx adduser <yourname> superadmin in rcon.

Copy and paste from the console what you're entering and what it's returning.

At first I start the server, check the console if there errors.
Then I connect to the server. Then I write my rcon password in the (in-game) console.
I go back to my desktop and I go the server console.
The command I type is: (the command I get in this forum, before I have tried with .txt documents)

I don't konow how but I am on my server finaly admin ;).
I have removed ulx, restarted the server, put ulx again in. Startet the server, in-game console i logged me with rcon in and write "ulx adduser satan (my name ^^) superadmin"
