Title: New User to Stickly ULX and ULib

Hey I was just getting in some new controls for the Stickly ULX and ULib when I accidently disallowed group allow and most of the thing in user management for every rank. I tried deleting, then re installing the ULX and ULib but it didnt work. Does anyone know a solution?

Try going into garrysmod/data and removing the ulx/ulib related files from there too. that is where it saves your configuration and settings. Re-installing the addon wouldn't change that.
