Title: groups.txt,users.txt error

I had old ulib and ulx versions. Everything works good, but i cant use !menu. It sayed Your ulx player has not been authed, but other admin commands worked. I updated to newest svn version. Old version erased (addons,data) and the new version didnt create groups.txt and users.txt. When I copy theese files from ulib addon folder and type ulx adduser MyGmodName superadmin, the file stays empty. When I removed theese files, ulib doesnt create them. Please help.

What errors from server console at startup and or when you run the adduser commands?
Dedicated or listen server?
On Windows or Linux/wine?
Checked folder permissions for your server gmod/data/ folder? (can it be written?)
Restarted server each time you moved/deleted a file or folder?

Server on my PC/srcds
errors? only one: zlib_64 cannot be loaded or something
adduser error:NONE
