Title: Admins not being saved when set

Hi, im using the most recent ULX but for some reason when i set players to a rank they will have their powers for maybe a few seconds but they are never saved. It says they are admin but cant use commands? I need help ASAP so this will no longer happen on my server

Sounds like a conflicting mod/admin mod.
See FAQ regarding trouble with access.
Follow all steps thoroughly.
