Title: I am lost. [GMod 13, ULX, ULiB]

Hello all,
I may not just speak for myself, but I am completley lost when it comes to GarrysMod 13 compatibility with ULX and ULiB. This site is lacking an up to date page explaining the status of ULX working. I am a veteran of ULX and am familiar with how to install it, but I have many questions!

1) Which addons folder should I use?
2) Can someone direct me to the most up to date SVN link?

Please, If anyone can answer these questions, I would be very grateful.

That post answers the second question, but it does not answer my first question; where do I place these repositories?

Your question is a bit confusing...you place them in your server's addons folder, as always.
If you run a listen server, well, then technically, they go in both your server and your client's addons.
If you offer fastdl, then also, upload all cache files to fastdl site after restarting server.

My question reguarding addons is as follows: There are two addons folders in the gmod 13 library. C:\srcds\orangebox\garrysmod\addons, and C:\srcds\orangebox\garrysmod\garrysmod\garrysmod\addons. I have two addons folders, and this is after a clean install. Is this correct? If so which one do I place the ULX and ULiB folders in?

I don't have garrysmod\garrysmod\garrysmod on my server; regardless, you install to the base garrysmod addons folder.

<where ever>\orangebox\garrysmod\addons is usually the correct path. As for where your actual server is running from, looks like you have some path issues.
You shouldn't have so many garrysmod paths.
