Title: Happy Thanksgiving 2012
Post by: JamminR on November 22, 2012, 05:49:12 PM
To those USA folks out there, Happy Thanksgiving 2012
To those non-US folks, I'm still thankful you're a part of this community.

One of the many things I'm thankful for is the camaraderie of this team, and the community that contributes to the forums.

Today, I celebrated with mother-in-law's side of family, wife's cousins.
As would be expected at any family feast, I ate entirely too much.

Tomorrow, I go back to work as normal.
Wife's staying home - her company gives 2 day holiday. (I've convinced her to paint my office though!)
Instead of me taking tomorrow off, we're taking next Thur/Friday off to go to NC to visit grandmother, aunt, and see TSO in Charlotte.

Happy Thanksgiving!

Happy Thanksgiving indeed! I hope you all had lots of turkey and are now fully recuperated. :)

I'm late on this (and many other threads), but I hope everyone is well, and thanksgiving's were great. Next up, Christmas!  :P

It's been a while, I've been all over doing so much, mostly good stuff, things are good. I'm hoping to have more free time, or make some "fun time" for myself each week, I'd like to get a server going again, and to be a more active part of this community, this really is the best gmod based forum around.

TSO ROCKS!
It's one of few groups that I prefer the live shows.
(I'm a studio sound geek)

Thanksgiving was a blast. Got my office walls finished.

The next weekend, had fun with my aunt.
Glad I got to see my grandmother. (Aunt moved her to a retirement/assisted living community...it's SOO much better than I expected)

12 pound boneless smoked turkey was cleared out by my wife and I in a week.
Local BBQ place did it for us. We'd loved eating there ..decided to try a turkey. Glad we did.

Come Christmas, we're getting turkey AND ham.
