Title: Groups tab not showing?

I haven't used ULX since gmod updated. But, now that i am using it again, i don't seem to have the "Groups" tab. I need this to work on the group permissions and such, it was much easier then hand typing all the permissions in fear of messing something up. What can i do to fix this issue?

It fixed it's self.
