Has u-r-s been updated to fit "The New Garry's Mods" update?

If it has, can someone give a SVN link of it please?

Did you even LOOK at the last page (http://forums.ulyssesmod.net/index.php/topic,5269.msg27270.html#msg27270) (or two) of posts at the URS release discussion here???
When wanting to know about releases, looking at posts past October 2012 of each release here you may be interested in would be very beneficial for you.
There have been several community members taking great strides to convert original posters work and attached to their posts.
Perhaps one of these months one of us forum admins will find time and initiative to make a 'gmod 13' list. (It will take time since we too have to dig through posts to find mostly working attachments)
Until then, please, use your eyes.
