I keep getting this error:

Couldn't include file 'includes\modules\datastream.lua' (File not found) (@lua\ulib\init.lua (line 1))

You're not using the correct version of ULib for the version of garrysmod you have. If running GM13, you need to be running the code from Github.

I'm just using the original Garry's Mod.

If you have a legal copy of Garry's Mod you should be running on Garry's Mod 13 ( http://media.moddb.com/images/members/1/422/421504/2012-09-01_00007.jpg )
^ The image above is how the start-up menu should ( sort off ) look like, the background may not be the same.
