Title: Admins losing power with ULX + SourceBans

I'm not sure if it's ULX or SB, but every now and then my admins will lose their powers in game, I have to join the server they're in and set them to group admin. Any help is welcome and if you need more information please let me know.

Are you getting any errors, or does any thing look out of place?

do you have this set to in your sourcebans config to true or false?
sourcebans.SetConfig("dogroups", true);
