I don't understand -- are you looking for help using the SVN, or help using the downloaded files?

As Megiddo indicates, your question still isn't clear to us.
I'll take a stab at what I think you mean;
Simpllified
1) Follow standard SVN instructions*, using a local (on your PC) folder to 'get' all the SVN files you want.
* = find 'how to' in our forum how to area, or google.
2) Upload the files to your server (however your host provides the way to assign them,ftp or online file manager control panel)

As explained, 'checkout' the files to a folder on your local machine. (Checkout in SVN is like download for a web browser)
Then use your server's file manager to upload them to your server.

We currently have no release to download from a web server.

You can download it directly as a zip from github instead of using SVN, too.
