Title: How to make it when a person join the game they can see/hear music

Hi,
I didn't know what to make the title so i just made it that :/.

I was wounder how to make it when a person joins they can hear music and read a picture that i put up like when you join extortionrp for example, I have looked every where but can't seem to find it. :(

I don't know if this is the right place to post it, please forgive me if it is not.

@nathan - He wants a custom loading screen (take a look at the example pic)

@CheeseGod - take a look at this link. It is a console variable you would include in your server.cfg or in command line for your server that would point to a url.
