Title: Add Groups to Reserve Slots

Would it be possible to add an entry in the config to add other groups that will be allowed in the reserve slots? I had it changed in the code to allow donators, but when ulx updates it gets undone. It might be easier if there's just a config option for it.

There is i think its called "ulx reservedslot" and you can add it to a group like any other command.

I too forget the exact access flag though. Look for similar in the admin and superadmin groups.
