Title: How to make a different spawn point?

I've noticed on other servers that use ULX, they've got a different spawn point. How would I change the spawn point?

This is not a feature of ULX. You'll need to download a spawnpoint addon or make one yourself.

Or someone picked this up (http://forums.ulyssesmod.net/index.php/topic,5670.msg25950.html) that was a pick up of something else but never re-released publicly?
Or was released, but, I've not searched farther to look for it
(Still, what MrP says, we don't include it by default)
