Title: Change colors

Ok so I am wanting to change the colors around with like this ex: (Someone) gagged Nightmare!    I want to change the colors around on that, like instead of (Someone) (green color) I want it read, and gagged is a werid blue color, I want to change that to a different color to. Anyone know how to do that? It would be very much appreciated

in the xgui settings tab under server one of the settings allows you to this i believe it is command/event echo settings.
