if there any way to make uTeams work with Trouble In Terrorist Town (only want it for the group specific scoreboard colours) or a similar addon

No, we try to be gamemode agnostic as much as possible. Though TTT is shipped with gmod by default... so maybe in the future.

Also, please reduce the size of your signature. That size would be fine in an ad on our community servers subforum, but it's like... five times the size of your content here.
