I have a server and i want to know how to make a message appear every so often. How do i do it

I believe there is an adverts tab in XGUI.
If not, read how to manually edit them in your gmod/addon/ulx/data/ulx/adverts.txt file.
(Don't actually edit that file...follow its directions for where to copy it first)
