Title: Really struggling with group permissions.

The menu is greyed out even after a re-install, does anyone have any ideas how to fix it?

Set yourself to superadmin, regular admin doesn't have group permissions like that.

As a warning, if you're going to give permissions to certain groups, type the code like this.

ulx groupallow admin "ulx slay"

You have to be sure the quotations are there, and that ulx is in the command, I spent a good 20 minutes trying to figure it out.

If you're talking about the "teams" menu being grayed out, it only functions in sandbox as most other gamemodes handle their own teams. You can still add and edit groups though.
