Title: ULX not saving changes.. e.g MOTD

Hello, I'm running ULX on my GMOD TTT server, and am having a few issues.

Firstly, ULX seems to think I; m running a CSS server as the MOTD is "welcome to CSS blah blah blah.."
Secondly, no options within ULX save, this includes the MOTD, if I do change it; it sticks for one map, then when it changes, the MOTD is reset to CC:S, also options like adverts, admin echos, also dont save, however user-groups and players save just fine? Hmmm
I'm running the latest SVN, help!

Garry broke his own file I/O system. This is a known issue and the team is working on a solution. Just be patient.
