I have an admin group that will have the ability to add and remove users to other groups.

My question is; is there anyway to make it so that they can only add/remove users to/from certain groups? (eg. i want to prevent them from adding users to the highest level group)

Yes, you can do this by restricting what strings they can specify for that command argument.

What would the strings be?

The only groups i want them to invite users to are:
senior admin, junior admin, warden
