Please just tell me how, all of the information I need is a working link, and how to install it.

Maybe look around even a little bit? http://forums.ulyssesmod.net/index.php/topic,3650.0.html check the last page or two I have posted a link to a working version of sui_scoreboard there. just extract to your addons folder.
